Our signature blend tastes amazing. These ancient grains, compared to heavily processed modern wheats, are packed with essential nutrients, higher protein values and contain more fibre. The gluten structure is also different which means it’s better on the gut and more easily digestible.

We’ve established a great working relationship with our local farmer, who uses regenerative farming methods, and buy the grain directly as he mills it to order.
